I am a Derbyshire beekeeper who produces pure raw runny honey from my lovely bees at Sophie's apiary! Raw honey is increasingly appreciated by honey lovers, especially for its great taste and health benefits! le girl who inspires us every single day!! The majority of our lovely bee colonies live in Mapperley and they are going from strength to strength since they found their home with us. I take a lot of pride in what I do and very much value the great contribution that bees bring to our environment!! Hence it makes all efforts & resources spent on them worth it, as the bees need looking after with care & respect.
