The fact that basic women’s health language can even be controversial says a lot about online moderation🤏🏼

Most people have no idea what shadow banning is, but I spoke on it this afternoon in a debate secured by the brilliant Emily Darlington MP:

Or, to give the debate it’s full title:

‘Censorship of women’s health and wellbeing content online’.

Let’s see if the image I am sharing gets my post shadow banned or whether by my not mentioning any of the words in my main post, it gets some traction. 👀

At City Healthcare Direct, we believe community support goes beyond what we do day to day—it’s about showing up for initiatives that truly make a difference.

We recently had the opportunity to support Her Circle in Derbyshire by providing sanitary products for their first meeting. This peer-led group offers a safe, supportive space for women living with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids.

Creating spaces where people feel heard, understood and supported is so important, and we’re proud to play a small part in helping H.E.R Circle get started.

We’re excited to see this inspiring initiative grow and the positive impact it will have on women’s lives.
