Before you panic and overhaul your entire routine, pause. Your skin might not be “broken” it might just be tired.
If you’re noticing dullness, dryness, puffiness or a sudden loss of glow, that’s often a sign your skin barrier needs a breather, not a battle. Over-exfoliating, switching products too often, lack of sleep, stress… it all adds up.
Think: simplify, hydrate, nourish, protect.
Sometimes less really is more.
