PUBLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT | Ink Legends Mag πŸ“š

A little late to party on announcing this one, however, I am honoured to be featured in the April edition of Ink Legends Magazine.

This issue includes a 4-page interview talking about my journey into tattooing, my creative process, influences, and the approach I take when creating custom work for my clients.

I grew up reading tattoo magazines, scanning any local newsagents and book shops for any I could get my hands on, so to have been included in another publication & have a featured interview, is something words cannot fully express.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, collected my work & continues to let me do something I love as a career.

The final blossom of this inner arm flora, marks the now eternal blossom of this floral sleeve tattoo. Like life, this sleeve is developing over time, layers of intricacies slowly forming & now we move on to the next phases.

Some tattoos mark a moment in time. And sometimes, life moves on.

When first approached me he wasn’t sure I’d take it on β€” he didn’t know if I worked on cover-ups or stuck to custom characters. What he did know is that he liked my work. That meant a lot.

After carrying these tattoos for decades, I couldn’t have been more honoured to help Andy bring his new vision to life. Two arms. Two cover-ups.

One consultation later and we had the plan β€” two landmarks deeply personal to Andy, executed in stylised colour realism. A style that sits outside my usual world, but one I embraced completely.
These pieces pushed my approach, pushed my style, and pushed me as an artist. With Andy’s trust, a lot of care, and the time these deserved β€” I couldn’t be more grateful.

Watching him walk away with work he can truly be proud of means a lot.
