We’re delighted to recognise Sharon with an F Day following a nomination from Laura! 👏 We joined Disability Direct at the same time and, from the outset, built a strong professional and personal relationship. Over that time, I’ve seen just how resilient and determined Sharon is, especially when faced with change. When the opportunity came up for her to move into advocacy, she embraced it fully and has shown real adaptability and commitment.
Sharon is always kind, supportive, and selfless in how she works with others. She brings warmth and humour into everything she does, and it’s clear that both colleagues and the people she supports feel that. She has such a natural way of connecting with people, and it makes a real difference.
I truly believe Sharon deserves recognition for the positive impact she has on the team and the people we support every day. Thank you, Sharon, for everything you do, this recognition is very well deserved! 🌟
