A massive shoutout to our client, Susie, who is taking on the formidable Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge!

This demanding event combines mountain biking, kayaking, and orienteering, requiring serious physical endurance and mental grit.

At Ignite Health and Wellbeing, we leave nothing to chance. To ensure Susie is in peak condition, weโ€™ve taken a fully comprehensive, science-led approach to her preparation:

๐Ÿ”ฌ Clinical Baseline Testing: We started with a full health check, including intravenous blood analysis, body composition testing, and a resting metabolic rate assessment to establish her exact physiological foundation.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Bespoke Strength & Conditioning: We designed a targeted training programme specifically geared towards the unique muscular and biomechanical demands of both kayaking and mountain biking.
