Deadly Dozen UK Champs today 🥵 2nd place podium in AG for CH Boss and with a 5 min penalty! from the farmers carry! 6 laps instead of 8, convinced he had done 8 😬 had the win in the bag! onto the DD world champs, no penalties 🤞😉😊 great work from his training buddies Ben & Brian 🫡 good day for the Team 🏃‍♂️💪👊

CH Boss Training hard. He has lots of stuff coming up, deadly dozen UK champs first up, onto hybridNW defending my AG title, onto HYROX WC in Stockholm, then onto Deka Fit, mile & strong summer events to try and get World champs qualification 🥵he says he is knackered thinking about all!
