Calling all qualified local Pilates Instructors! 🚨

Our Pilates Lab is back—and we’re building a vibrant space for curious, collaborative teachers to come together, play, and learn from one another.

🧠 Not a training, but a peer-led lab
💡 A space to share knowledge, ask questions, try things out
💬 Each month has a theme—we explore it through movement, discussion, and experimentation

✨️🩰BALLET BARRE GROUP CLASS / Pilates leg work on larger Apparatus 🦵💪 ✨️

🤝 £15 covers studio hire, equipment, and supports those who lead parts of the session

👉 Next Lab: Friday 27th MARCH 4:30–6:30pm

Spots are limited. To keep the vibe safe and professional, we ask that all participants are:
✔️ Fully qualified Pilates instructors
✔️ Covered by your own public liability insurance

PILATES PILATES PILATES 📢🗣🙉

Yes we know ...its everywhere and you probably have been told " you should do Pilates " !

Maybe by a friend or family member or perhaps by your GP, Physiotherapist or surgeon ..but where do you begin ? Where is the best place ?

Then you have the personal worries and experience -

" I dont look like someone who does Pilates !"
"Im not ' fit ' enough for Pilates !"
" I've had a bad experience in large group class before"

We have heard it all before and we know it can seem like the 'wild west' when you see some of the workouts on social media 🙉🤯🤪

We have worked with clients in a Pilates studio setting for over 10 years so we've " GOT YOUR BACK " 😊🙌

We reccomend that all clients new the studio start with an Explore session ( 45min one to one ) so that we can tailor your Pilates and FAMO fascial movement to suit you and your needs.

It was another wondering gathering of Pilates instructors from all over the Northwest on Friday 🙌🤩💓❤️

Thank you to all who made it ...it was a tough one but MOST definitely a fun one 😅💪👌✨️✨️✨️

It is so gorgeous to have our fellow instructors join us...everyone comes from very different journeys in becoming Pilates teachers, different schools of training and experience and its so wonderful to move together and deepen our mastery and understanding of Pilates ❤️

Shout out to all the Pilates instructors in Northwest we will have our next Lab June 26th ✨️🙌

FEM x Embodied

Movement, Connection & Hormone Support

Gather. Feast. Rise.



A women’s wellbeing afternoon designed to support nervous system regulation, female hormone health, movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection. All done within the nurturing FEM community with a seasonal afternoon tea to enjoy after your mindful movement session.

On Monday 25th May, FEM is collaborating with Embodied Pilates for a special women’s wellbeing evening across two beautiful spaces in Derry.

This is a different kind of FEM Initimate gathering.



An experience designed to help you move your body, release tension, support your hormones, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women.
