What an amazing event ....✨️🙏❣️

A Restorative Afternoon for carers held in the Droganfly Studios, organised by the amazing Ashling 👏

Therapists and Volunteers offered a variety of treatments, followed by a beautiful Hammock Sound Bath.

It was a deeply relaxing meditative experience for all, suspended in a aerial fabric hammock for a unique sensation of weighlessness.

Self-care.. Self-love
