At Bennu Bloom Healing, I offer bespoke group sessions combining Somatic Education & Awareness with TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) - helping people explore the connection between the body, emotions, stress responses, and overall wellbeing.

💚 Group session fee: £150
(Travel charges may apply depending on location)
