Let’s talk about…. Fibromyalgia
Living with fibromyalgia often means thoughts feel foggy, heavy, and unreliable, as if the mind is moving through thick resistance. Concentration can be elusive; simple decisions or conversations may require intense effort, while words slip away mid-sentence and memories feel just out of reach. Thoughts may arrive slowly or in fragments, interrupted by a constant background awareness of pain and fatigue, making it hard to sustain focus or mental clarity. There is often a sense of frustration or self-doubt that accompanies this mental fog—knowing what you want to think or say, but feeling unable to access it fully—leaving the person feeling disconnected from their usual sharpness and mentally exhausted even without overt cognitive effort.
We are helping those dealing with fibromyalgia every day in our clinic including self care for our head therapist who is also dealing with this issue. It’s worth trying DM or WhatsApp +44 7729 485248
