A team isnโt built in the easy moments.
It is built in the conversations, the honesty, the accountability and the willingness to keep showing up for each other, especially during periods of growth and change.
One thing Iโve learned as the clinic has evolved is that protecting the culture within a team is just as important as growing the business itself.
Skills can be taught. Treatments can be learned. But integrity, transparency and genuine respect for one another are what create a strong foundation.
This year, I made a commitment not just to grow the clinic, but to grow myself as a leader. In January, I attended a leadership conference () that challenged the way I think about communication, connection and team dynamics. It made me reflect on the kind of environment I want to create for the people around me.
Since then, Iโve focused heavily on building a workplace where people feel heard, valued, supported and inspired to grow, because when people thrive individually, the whole team becomes stronger.
Our meetings arenโt just โmeetings.โ
Theyโre moments to reconnect with our vision, support one another, celebrate wins, navigate challenges honestly, and ensure we continue moving forward together with clarity and trust.
And sometimes, the most important moments are the ones in between โฆ the laughter, the conversations and the connection captured here ๐ค
And itโs working.
Because growth is happening in a very exciting way behind the scenesโฆ
Our clinical team of four is expandingโฆ and not by oneโฆ not by twoโฆ but by THREE new faces joining FINE LINE CLINICAL very soon.
