Support that goes deeper than words — mind, body & energy working together for real transformation. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people in their journey toward better physical, mental, and emotional health. My extensive training in counselling, integrative hypnotherapy and psychotherapy techniques, personal coaching, and as a Reiki Master Teacher allows me to use a range of therapeutic approa

ches tailored to each client’s needs. This diverse background enables me to offer a truly holistic approach to well-being. As the daughter of a teacher, I am passionate about lifelong learning and always seek new methods to expand the support I offer my clients. As an educator and workshop leader, I focus on empowering clients with practical tools and techniques for their everyday lives, aiming to equip them with the knowledge and resources to continue their journey toward well-being independently. Like all of us, life has presented me with its fair share of challenges, both personally and professionally, but I’ve learned that the key to getting unstuck is taking action. While I understand the importance of sitting with feelings, I believe in searching for solutions and actionable steps to avoid staying in seemingly hopeless situations. This proactive approach is something I strive to instil in my clients. I encourage them to explore and embrace their emotions whilst also developing practical strategies to move forward and overcome obstacles. I live with my partner, Ray, and our three nutty dogs in our dream Georgian home nestled on the edge of the Sandringham Estate. As a kinship carer, we are the epitome of multi-generational household, sharing our home with my mother and young niece. My studio is located in our tranquil garden. Surrounded by lush trees and plants, the studio offers a peaceful retreat where clients can feel at ease and centered. Many of my clients lovingly call it their happy place. In my spare time, I run several support groups, including a Menopause Café, Kinship Carer Support, and Weight Loss and Well-Being Groups, as well as an infamously non-singing choir. These gatherings provide a space for people to connect, share experiences, and find mutual support as well as filling my heart with joy!

Happiness doesn’t always need grand plans, big achievements or perfect circumstances.

Sometimes a good conversation, a favourite meal or an hour in the sunshine really is enough. 💜

The loudest thing in your day isn’t necessarily the most important.

Pause occasionally and ask yourself where your time and energy really deserve to go. 💜

You don’t need every answer before you begin. You’ve found your way through unfamiliar territory before.

Trust yourself to respond to what comes, one decision and one day at a time. 💜

Ordinary days are full of tiny things worth noticing — sunlight through a window, birdsong, laughter, a familiar face.

Let yourself be present enough to catch a few of them today. 💜

I realised this morning that I haven’t posted for a week — and, if I’m honest, for the past few months my little corner of Facebook has mostly consisted of my daily affirmations.

Behind the scenes, though, life at Wellswill has been anything but quiet.

I’ve still been spending my days with my lovely clients, and somehow, despite being rather absent on here, some wonderful new souls have found their way to me too. That always feels very special.

I’ve also been doing a LOT of learning. I’ve qualified as a Qigong instructor, and I’ve been studying forest bathing and journal therapy — three things that, in very different ways, have really captured my imagination.

And somewhere amongst all of that, I’ve found myself thinking quite a lot about how I want to show up in the world — both personally and through Wellswill.

What do I want to share? What do I want to create? What feels useful, interesting, enjoyable or worth talking about?

I don’t have all the answers yet. But perhaps I don’t need to before I start showing up here a little more again.

So rather than coming back with something polished or planned, I thought I’d simply say hello. 👋🏻

How are you?

What’s been happening in your world lately? Have you started something new, changed direction, learned something, surprised yourself — or simply been quietly getting on with life?

I’d genuinely love to hear. 💜

Your own judgement has been shaped by years of living, learning and knowing yourself.

Listen to that inner sense of recognition when something feels genuinely right for you. 💜

Before thinking about everything that took energy from you, notice what gave something back.

A conversation, a walk, laughter, quiet time — remember what helped you feel good and make room for more of it. 💜

The weekend doesn’t have to carry every unfinished thought and worry from the week before it.

Put down what can wait and give yourself permission to be where you are today. 💜

Changing your mind can be a sign that you’ve learned, reflected or discovered something new.

Give yourself permission to outgrow old ideas and make choices that reflect who you are now. 💜
