We are Higher Green Farm - a Supported Living service for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Devizes.
We’re seeking motivated new support workers to join our friendly team and work with our fantastic service users – could this be you?
Do you have experience as a support worker / carer or have worked within the health and social care sector? If so, we would love to hear from you!
As a support worker you will actively support individuals with their day to day lives all whilst promoting independence, choice and meeting their personal needs. We do not provide personal care within this role.
We are looking for support workers who are fun, compassionate, motivated, honest, reliable, great at communication and someone who can be a positive role model.
You will need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential. All mileage used within working hours are paid. Plus a DBS check will be required.
Hours will be discussed however we work with a two weekly set rota meaning you know what shifts you are doing each week - perfect for those out of work commitments!
Due to the nature of the job, unfortunately we cannot provide school hours.
