In amongst all of my life chaos this week there has been some GOOD news 🎉🎉

I am pleased to announce that SS DANCE & WELLBEING has been awarded a full year of funding and has been commissioned to deliver a community dance project working with African and Caribbean women in South Leeds.

I’m really excited and looking forward to planning, shaping and implementing this project which is going to positively impact the health and wellbeing of these ladies.

✨Chair Dance SUMMER Vibes✨

With SS Dance & Wellbeing Chair Dance sessions it is not just about the movement itself, but also the social setting that is uplifting.

I make it a priority to get every participant moving, always bringing positive vibes through the music and give everyone the opportunity to dance at their own pace.

Attending one class a week can be very beneficial to your mental and physical health. And now the season is upon us, it’s time to get into the spirit…

It was a lot warmer than i anticipated for Fitness Dance Fusion, my apologies ladies - We definitely made up for our missed weeks in May didn’t we!

Loved it! We’re back on a roll now 💪🏾💪🏾
