Today marks the 10 year anniversary of The Yoga Garden being at Knepp! 💚🌿🌳🦋🐝🕊️🛖

And what a beautiful home it has been - our yurts nestled in the wildflower meadow with birdsong accompanying every class, event and treatment.

Our wonderful community has blossomed and grown too inspired by the nature around us. Thank you to all of you that have been a part of sewing all those seeds throughout the years - helping us bloom into what we are so proud to call The Yoga Garden today.

Each session is a unique journey of vibration, meditation, and deep relaxation. You’ll be bathed in the healing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, frame drum, ancient lyre, didgeridoo and voice, all blending with Knepp’s incredible natural soundscape. We’re often joined by owls, white storks and the sounds of the wild, creating a truly magical experience. 🦉✨

To celebrate both the Summer Solstice and our 10th Anniversary at Knepp, we’re offering a FREE guest place with every booking on our last few remaining spaces.

Summer solstice, light, strength and full expression 🌞🌻🤸‍♀️

The Yoga Garden 2026 Arc - A seasonal journey through the year with Kate Harvey

Saturday 20th June | 10.30 - 1.30pm

At the height of the light, we gather to explore expansion without depletion. This session invites embodied strength, playful transitions and heart opening practices, honouring vitality while staying rooted in balance. Rather than chasing intensity, we’ll work with steady, sustainable fire.

Through a grounded Hatha framework woven with pilates inspired core stability and somatic movement, the practice will feel strong, yet spacious. Structure and fluidity will sit side by side, offering both clarity and choice.

Reflection will center on:
Where am I ready to be seen?
How can I expand without burning out?

Tea and vegan snacks provided. Please bring your favourite mug, journal and pen.

Palestinian Culture and Craft Circle
with Deena and friends ❤️🍉

Friday 19th June from 11am - 2pm
 
This is an invitation to join us for a beautiful Palestinian cultural event hosted, by Deena who is proudly of Palestinian heritage and is one of our lovely Yoga Garden reiki and life coaching therapists. She will be joined by the founder of The Women in Hebron project.

There is a suggested donation of £35 to join the circle, which includes lunch. This donation goes entirely to families in the West Bank.

Palestinian culture is enriched by Tatreez (embroidery), an art form that reflects the resilience and creativity of its people and nature.

Join us in our cosy yurt, drink traditional tea, listen to folk music, feast on traditional food, buy some beautiful hand made crafts and learn how to make your own Tatreez taught by the Palestinian founder of Women in Hebron. We will finish with a grounding, heart centred mediation to embrace hope and peace. ❤️

Congratulations to our 9 newly qualified Yin Yoga Teachers! 🎉👏💜 you are all going to make such wonderful teachers!

We had a blissful 4 days of Yin Yoga training lead by the brilliant Louise. Immersed in nature, surrounded by baby bunnies, end of day saunas and lake swims with a lovely group of people - it really was a very inspiring weekend retreat!

Our next Yin Yoga CPD course with Louise is 23rd - 26th April 2027 - Save the date!

If you’d like to try something sooner we start our next Spirit of The Elements course this September. A year long training series in five parts to delve deeper into the sophisticated model of the Five Elements (wu xing) and the ways that this perspective can be understood in everyday life to bring health and balance.
