Important announcement.. regarding changes to Sharps/Clinical waste disposal.

Unfortunately we can no longer accept used yellow or purple lidded sharps bins in at our dispensary. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you self-administer injected medication-
*YELLOW lidded sharps bins (NON cytotoxic) need to be disposed of at a participating pharmacy in your area (see full list on link below) or request collection from the district council.
Boots pharmacy in Diss will accept these.

*PURPLE lidded sharps bins (Cytotoxic) waste need collection arranging through the district council.

Patient information

You may have recently received information from a new online delivery pharmacy located in Palgrave. This is called Rapha Delivery Pharmacy, it is a private company and not linked to The Lawns Medical Practice.

We hope you will continue to support us. Dispensing medication contributes to our income, which helps us to provide a good service to all our patients.

The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services including: Viewing your clinical record, ordering repeat medication, booking or cancelling your GP appointments, view test results and much more.
You can download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet. You can also access the services in a web browser.
Need help? We are holding an NHS App event on Tuesday 13th January between 10:00 - 12:00 to help our patients with registrations, and navigating the app.
When attending our event, please ensure you bring the following with you:
- Government issued photo ID
- Relevant phone login / passwords (App Store)
- Up to date contact details
