There’s always something special about going back to a new client after their first appointment and seeing how their body has responded...
Photos are only ever a snapshot in time, but in the first picture, before my lovely new client Hope's first treatment two weeks ago, you can see she was holding a lot of tension through her body - a little on the forehand, with very limited core support, and her topline wasn’t flowing freely. She was also carrying more weight through her shoulders, with front legs braced and set slightly underneath her.
The second photo, taken this morning before her second treatment, shows some lovely early changes. Her body already looks softer and more organised, with a more even, flowing topline and less tension through her back. Her neck is lifting more from the base, her shoulders and elbows look freer, and her front legs are standing more comfortably. Behind, she’s beginning to bring her hindquarters more under her, and overall she looks more balanced and at ease.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how she has continued to progress when I see her again for her next treatment in a couple of weeks!
