My experience at the Dr Joe Dispenza retreat in Basel recently has given me so much to think about. It opened up so many thoughts around infinite possibility, our energy and how we can be the creator of our lives.

Sometimes we get so caught up in our everyday lives that we forget there's so much more we are capable of.
That perhaps you're ready for something different, even if you don't quite know what that looks like yet.

I believe that sometimes this is where our journey of transformation begins. When we start listening to that inner voice and become curious about what else is out there for us.
I'm feeling that myself as I move into a new chapter, growing my spiritual practice and following what feels true to me.

Because sometimes, all it takes is that little spark of possibility to open the door to something wonderful.

How can we be half way through the month of October already!! Life is moving too fast for us all.
We are already into week 5 of Intuitively You, my online spiritual development course, and it's been lovely supporting a group of absolutely lovely women as they explore their intuition and spiritual gifts.

The next round, which will begin in January 2027 which is suitable for total beginners.

A little change of pace for me this week… ☕

I'm enjoying a few days away and catching up with friends.

I am also still catching up with your reading appointment requests, so if you're waiting on a message from me, I'm working my way through them. ✨

There's lots happening behind the scenes too, as I move closer to creating the next chapter of my practice. I'm excited about what's unfolding and will be sharing more with you soon.

For now, it's coffee, a little breathing space and trusting what's unfolding. ☕💫

October is running away with me already! 🍂

I’ve been so quiet on here since coming back from my amazing experience at Dr Joe Dispenza in Basel.

I think I’ve just needed a little time to process it all. There was so much to take in, and I’m still finding the words to describe how incredible it was.

But life doesn’t wait, does it?!

I’ve got lots coming up this month and I’m ready to get back to sharing it all with you.

First up…

I’ll be at The Willow Tree Holistic Centre for a day of spiritual readings.

I’m back from my Dr Joe Dispenza retreat in Basel, Switzerland, and honestly… what an experience!

I’ve had the most amazing, life-changing few days and I can’t wait to share more with you all about my experience, what I’ve learned and the magic I’ve brought home with me.
