A few things I really wish more people knew before booking body contouring treatments 🤍

One treatment doesn’t suit everyone.
The best option depends on the individual - your concern, the area being treated, your body, your lifestyle, any relevant circumstances, and how your body responds to treatment. What works really well for one person may not give the same result for someone else.

Bloating, cellulite, loose skin and stubborn fat are not the same thing.

They can sometimes look similar, but they usually need different approaches, which is why choosing the right treatment matters.

Sometimes combinations work better.
We might use one treatment for contouring, another for skin texture, another for lymphatic drainage, or EMS for muscle tone. Combining treatments can sometimes give a more complete overall result than relying on one treatment alone.

Results are better when the plan is built around you.
We look at your concern, your goals, your body and what’s realistic, then recommend the treatment or combination that makes the most sense for you.
