I come across many who are unable to access services within the private sector - private ADHD/Autism Assessments, acupuncture, yoga etc etc as their financial circumstances just cannot run to what many perceive as a "luxury" but, actually, many private services would really benefit our community's mental health. I want nothing for myself - genuinely. It would not be used for counselling, but there are so many other benefits that private wellbeing/health services could offer people - if only they had an opportunity to reach those challenged by financial constraints. If you can share my post, I'd be very grateful. I may not get any donations but I think it's worth a try. Thank you so much ♥️

Journaling is a great way to "step outside" of your feelings to really see what's going on for you. Thoughts alone tend to just circulate and then, potentially and unfortunately, spiral downwards.
