This intensive training day has been created for experienced practitioners who want to develop the specialist skills and confidence needed to treat clients born with a cleft lip and also those who have experienced trauma injury.

When your trying to build something it’s so easy to compare & not feel ‘good enough’

But I swear that leads to burn out & exhaustion 💯

I am slowly learning to ignore my over active brain when it thinks up a new idea 💡 🤣

Because I HAVE achieved enough!

But the brains sneaky & even when you have it can make you feel like you have not 🫠

This smaller version of me would be proud of the mother, nurse, nurse prescriber & business owner Gemma Neilson is today so I’m sticking with that thought moving forward 🥹❤️

The younger me who was predicted to fail all her GCSE’s would be PROUD!

The younger me who was failing at uni until they diagnosed me with dyslexia & I got the proper help for my studies WOULD BE PROUD!

Sometimes you have to tell yourself you are enough!

When people see me redecorating clinic for the 1000000 time or talking about a new business move can you show me this post or chuck water in my face 🤣

Also if anybody knows how to cure mum guilt please send me tips into my DM’s 🤣

On a serious note though, I appreciate everybody around me I am so so blessed to have amazing family, friends & clients who support me with my vision ❤️

Skin from the inside out 🤍✨

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know my skin journey hasn’t been an easy one.

For so long I focused on what I was putting on my skin… but one of the biggest changes for me has been starting to look at what I’m putting into my body too.

Turmeric, ginger, magnesium, probiotics… alongside looking after my skin topically, have all become part of my routine. 🌿

So when the opportunity came to collaborate with Aegle and try their Clear Skin Complex, it felt like such a natural fit with the journey I’m already on.

I’m not here to tell you something is a miracle product after taking it for five minutes 😂 — I want to actually use it, give it time and share my genuine experience with you.
