Hope everyone's had a great Christmas 🎄...its now time to to draw the line and get back on board with your journey 💃💃💃
We are open on wednesday 9 til 10am and Thursday 6om to 7pm to do exactly that💋
You will also receive a brand new pack that's just amazing!!!! Also you will be able to get new bling stickers for you new books🎉🎉🎉
Just be aware only members that get weighed in this week will be able to have a new pack so please don't ask to take for your friends they will get one as soon as they come to weigh in before 14th Jan.###

Exciting News!

Not only are we back upstairs in our normal room the session times are going back to normal too! Slight change but from today are 3.30, 5.00 and 6.30.

The Slimmer of the Week basket is back too so please bring your free food item to pop in if you are able to 😊

So exciting times we are allowed to go back into group and do image therapy with 30 members per session wahooo. Who is excited to get back into a bit of normality?

Session times are Weds morning weigh in from 8.30 to 9.15 and then image therapy until 9.45.

Thursday weigh in 3.30 to 4.00 then image therapy until 4.30.
Scales open again at 4.45 until 5.45 then image therapy.

These are the sessions at the moment please let me know if you are wanting a seat reserving for image therapy.

Please share or tag your friends from group. I am trying to work my way around everyone xx

Exciting news!

Group is open again from tomorrow on a weigh and go basis. Image therapy will still be running through Zoom.

Session times are:-

Wednesday 8.30am to 10.00am
Zoom session 10.30am

Thuraday 4.30pm to 6.30pm
Zoom session 7.30pm

I cannot wait to see you all again!

There is no need to book onto these sessions just turn up ❤️xx
