Wednesday 3.30pm: Clinician and Conditions: Dr. Zoya breaks down the connection between weight and health - what's happening in your body, what changes as you progress, and what actually matters for your journey.

Wednesday 5.00pm: Myths of Weight Loss and Science of Hunger: Explore the reality of hunger and debunk common weight loss myths with Dr. Matt. This session clarifies the science of hunger signals, explains what drives sustainable change, and addresses topics like GLP-1s and willpower. Cut through conflicting advice with practical, clear insights for your journey.

Friday 4.00pm: The Midlife Manual: Join WW Medical Director Dr. Nisha for a candid discussion on perimenopause and menopause.
