Stop wondering why you’re staring at the ceiling at 2 AM.

It’s not just "age" or "stress." It’s that 3 PM pick-me-up coffee you think you need to get through the day.

Here’s the cold, hard truth: Caffeine has a half-life of about 6 hours.

If you have a coffee at 4 PM, half of that caffeine is still buzzing around your brain at 10 PM. It blocks adenosine: the chemical that tells your body it’s time to sleep.

You might think you’re "fine" because you can fall asleep after a brew, but you’re sacrificing the quality of your deep sleep. Without deep sleep, you aren’t recovering, you aren’t burning fat, and you’ll feel like rubbish tomorrow.

The Busy Ladies Coaching Rule:

1. Cut the caffeine by 12 PM.
2. Switch to herbal tea or decaf in the afternoon.
3. Protect your sleep like your results depend on it.

Because they do.
