Least of all you 🫵🏼

Lara was the same.

Successful, capable, completely depleted.

We didn’t fix it with affirmations.

We went to the patterns running underneath, the ones quietly telling her she didn’t get to come first.

Once those shifted, so did everything else.

If this is landing a little too close to home, that’s worth listening to.
