Looking for a welcoming yoga class to help you move, breathe and unwind at the end of the day?

Join Fred Burnham on Tuesday evenings at Coastland College, Weymouth for a practical, accessible yoga class suitable for all levels.

With over 25 years of NHS experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Fred brings a calm, supportive approach to teaching. Classes focus on improving mobility, strength, balance and wellbeing through breath-centred movement, helping you feel more comfortable in both body and mind.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a practice that supports your overall health, you are very welcome.

Life is precious.

A gentle reminder to pause, take a breath, and notice the simple moments that are so easily missed. The scent of a rose, the warmth of the sun, a shared conversation, the rhythm of your breath.

In a world that often encourages us to hurry, there is wisdom in slowing down. Not every moment needs to be productive. Sometimes it is enough simply to be present.

Today, I am reflecting on a deep sense of gratitude and contentment for the people, experiences, and opportunities that shape this life. Yoga continually reminds me that richness is not found in doing more, but in experiencing more fully what is already here.

Take time to breathe. Take time to notice. Take time to appreciate.

A gentle, accessible class to support mobility, balance, circulation and confidence. Suitable for beginners, those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone wanting a softer approach to practice.

🌱 4:15–5:00pm β€” Teen Yoga (12–17) with Kim
A supportive and enjoyable space for teens to decompress after exams, reduce stress, move, breathe and reconnect with themselves. No experience needed.

Breath-centred yoga to support strength, mobility, stress management and overall wellbeing. Particularly supportive for those dealing with tension, stiffness, chronic pain or busy working lives.

🌬️ 6:00–7:15pm β€” Advanced Yoga with Kim
Currently exploring Prāṇāyāma and the introduction of samantraka (practice with mantra), building progressively week by week within the Viniyoga tradition.
This class can also be joined online from home, making it accessible wherever you are.
