🀱 World Breastfeeding Awareness Week πŸ’™

This World Breastfeeding Awareness Week, we're celebrating and supporting all families on their feeding journey.

Breastfeeding offers many health benefits for both babies and parents, but we know every family's experience is different. Whether you're breastfeeding, combination feeding, expressing, or looking for support, help is available.

πŸ’™ Breastfeeding can help:
β€’ Give your baby the nutrients they need to grow and develop.
β€’ Protect against infections and illness.
β€’ Support bonding between parent and baby.
β€’ Provide health benefits for the breastfeeding parent too.

If you're expecting a baby, have recently given birth, or would like breastfeeding support, speak to your midwife, health visitor, GP practice, or local infant feeding team.

Remember – every feed counts, and every family's journey is unique. You're not alone.
