🌞 Important Notice for Clients This Week 🌞
Due to the extreme weather conditions forecast this week, we have made a few temporary adjustments to some of our treatments to ensure the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of both our clients and staff.
If you are booked in with us this week, please note the following changes:
✨ The use of hot mitts during treatments will be reduced wherever possible, and cool mitts will be used during our Foot Cleanse Rituals.
✨ Heated treatment couches will be switched off.
✨ If you are booked for a Hot Stone Massage, please be aware that while temperatures remain exceptionally high, hot stones will not be used. This decision has been made with the comfort and safety of all clients and staff in mind.
🍯 Waxing services will be temporary paused until the weather cools, this reduces risks of infection, irritation and sensetivity.
💧 Following your treatment, please ensure you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. The combination of treatment benefits and higher temperatures can sometimes enhance post-treatment effects, so adequate hydration is especially important.
☀️ Please also take extra care when spending time in the sun after your appointment. Oils and products used during treatments may make your skin more sensitive, increasing the risk of sunburn. We recommend using appropriate sun protection and limiting prolonged exposure where possible.
⚠️ For your safety, if you arrive with areas of significant sunburn or are displaying symptoms of heat exhaustion or heatstroke, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment. This decision will always be made in the interest of your health, safety, and wellbeing.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period of unusually warm weather. Our priority is to ensure that your treatment remains a relaxing and enjoyable experience while maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
