April started off with a joyous Easter weekend and the start of the 3 Year Viniyoga Teacher Training Course taught by myself and Kim Burnham, part of which in

Monday sets the tone for the week.

A chance to slow down, reconnect and move with the breath.

Children’s Yoga (Monday):
• Ages 7–9: 16:15 – 16:45
• Ages 10–12: 16:45 – 17:15 

Children’s Yoga offers a supportive space for confidence, focus and calm.

Evening Class (Stress & Anxiety Support):
• 18:00 – 19:15

A breath-led practice to reduce stress and anxiety, supporting steadiness and clarity.

Private 1:1 Sessions:
• Limited availability between 13:00 – 15:00

Yoga as a steady, practical support for everyday life.
