This evening i spent time in ritual

I sent out the intention of effortlessly attracting more money into my life

I lit a money spell candle (green for wealth and abundance)

Wrote my intentions on paper and popped them underneath

Offered a flower to Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth

And of course...

💚 Danced 💚

Sexy, feminine dancing to unlock those juicy wealth codes within my body

It feels so good to approach business from this perspective

Effortless feminine flow

And we get to have fun in the process

Energetic activation

In the last week i have realised that my business has been built on a foundation of trauma

And here is why that in itself is amazing (not a bad thing)

I experienced deep suffering in my teenage years

The kind where i did not know how to emotionally regulate

And yeah teenage years are hard anyway, but this was something else...

I was suffering severely with my mental health

And do you know what saved my life?

✨️✨️ Meditation ✨️✨️

And i dont just say it for dramatic effect, i mean it

I went from cutting myself to meditating

Meditation was the antidote to my suffering

And im sure that it prevented me from going into a mental hospital

Through introspection i was able to see a seperation between what i was experiencing and who i was

I could clearly see... this is not me, this is just something happening in the brain

And that was revolutionary for me

So from that path of suffering my business was born and not from seeking to escape what i was experiencing

But from really leaning in to what i was experiencing

Getting curious about what i was experiencing

Seeking for help outside of the system

And from really experiencing the magic of holistic healing first hand

So now i want to share that same magic with the world

Because it literally saved my life

Can you believe i made myself purge? 😅 this isn't the first time, nor will it be the last

I was tapping into some energetic reprogramming around my business and next minute i found myself with my head in the toilet

Sounds gross but this really is the potency of this work, it doesn't take plant medicine (although sometimes helpful too) to have these deep kinda purges and releases
