⚠️Medicines recall notice Sertraline 100 mg tablets Amarox Ltd⚠️

One batch of Amorox Sertraline 100 mg ( Batch number V2500425)is being recalled due to a packaging error.
Some 100 mg packs of Sertraline may contain citalopram 40mg.

We have checked all the stock in the pharmacy, and we do not have affected stock- but it is impossible to tell if we have previously had the affected batch and dispensed them.

⚠️ Medicine Recall Notice – Crescent Ramipril Capsules ⚠️

A precautionary recall has been issued by The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for a batch of Ramipril 10mg capsules manufactured by Crescent Pharma Ltd. due to a packaging error. Some 10mg packs may contain 5mg capsules inside.

It comes after a patient found one blister pack of Ramipril 5mg capsules inside a sealed carton of Ramipril 10mg capsules.

Affected batch: GR174091 Expiry 10/26
(Shown on the outer carton)

We have checked all the stock in the pharmacy and we do not have affected stock - but it is impossible to tell if we have previously had the affected batch and dispensed them.

The pack will look like the image below

If you have this batch, check the blister strips inside the box. If they say Ramipril 5mg, please contact your pharmacy.

The risk to patients who may have taken the lower dose for a short period is considered to be very low.

Please do not stop taking your medication without speaking to a healthcare professional first.
