Huge congratulations to Bryn - the man, the myth, the legend, for completing The Lap last weekend! 👏🏃‍♂️

A casual 47 miles (75km) around Lake Windermere… with around 2500m of climbing and descending thrown in for fun 😅

From stunning lakeside views to forest trails, rocky hills, fields full of curious cows and sheep, this ultra had a bit of everything. And, as the miles added up and energy levels dipped, the support from the local community helped keep spirits high right to the finish line.

Even better, Bryn met lots of fellow runners from the Isle of Man along the way, all putting in incredible performances and showing just how strong the Manx running community really is 💪🇮🇲

Massive achievement and very well deserved. Now onto the next challenge… the Backyard Ultra in October 👀🔥

We’re looking for a fully qualified Sports Therapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, or equivalent practitioner to join our lovely team at Elite Therapy on evenings and weekends!

This opportunity could suit someone returning to the industry, newly qualified, building their client base, or simply looking for flexible part-time work alongside other commitments.

Elite Therapy is a supportive collective of self-employed health and wellbeing professionals based conveniently within Elite Fitness (the best gym on the Island… in our opinion 😉).

You get that lovely team feel whilst still running your own business your way, with full control over your diary and flexibility around your schedule. Plus, you’ll never have to request annual leave!

Our beautiful treatment rooms are shared across therapists to keep costs low (as little as £4.12 per hour) and include:
• One simple rate including bills & Wi-Fi
• Reception waiting area for clients
• Staff room with kitchen facilities
• Cleaning supplies & couch roll provided
• On-site parking
• Access to the gym floor for qualifying therapists
• Personal access to the gym facilities for qualifying therapists.
