Over the next few weeks we will be updating our sauna and changing facilities.... this will be our new sauna in the interim . Sessions must be booked in advance.. Please bear with us as we adapt to the new way of working.

Sauna sessions will be available by pre-booking only 🔥. You will be able to book up to 2 hours before the session.
🕗 Monday–Friday: 8am–6pm
🕘 Saturday–Sunday: 9am–5pm
Each session lasts 1 hour, with time in between for cleaning and preparation.
During this update, changing facilities will remain open and the coffee shop will be running as usual ☕️
