REFLEXOLOGY RESEARCH Friday is here at Laura Norman Holistic Reflexology! This time we are focusing on labor pain and how a reflexology application can diminish the pain in any or all of the phases of labor as well as increase comfort levels. Here is the conclusion: "Foot reflexology was associated with reduced labor pain and improved comfort during the first stage of labor. Repeated application across the latent, active, and transition phases showed differential reductions in pain across labor phases, suggesting that foot reflexology may be a feasible supportive non-pharmacological intervention during labor." When you are struggling to get pregnant, it can be easy to assume you are alone in your difficulties.

Sadly, this is not the case. It is estimated that 1 in 6 couples need support.

Of those couples, the difficulties are experienced by 1/3rd men, 1/3rd female, and 1/3rd joint. This means that couples have equal responsibility in taking care of their fertility health and well-being.
