Sorrounded in peaceful sounds from crystal singing bowls, crystal harp and specific frequencies tones and natural sounds, this hour of relaxation therapy is designed to help relieve stress and anxiety through sensory and nervous system regulation. 🐾 Rocco's Journal – Why I'm sharing this?

Meet Rocco.

If you've followed Divine Harmony Group for a while, you'll know I spend a lot of my time exploring sound, frequency and bioresonance with people.

But it got me thinking...

Why should that stop with us?

After Rocco had a couple of suspected seizure episodes and was checked over by the vet, we found ourselves asking a simple question:

"What else can we do to support him?"

That question led us here.

Over the next few weeks I will be carrying out advanced frequency therapy using Bio resonance. I'll be documenting his journey as honestly as I can. The good days. The difficult days. The things that make me scratch my head. The things I can't explain.

I'm not trying to prove anything.

I'm simply curious. If there's even a chance something might help this wee fella feel a little better, then I think it's worth exploring.

One thing I have noticed already is that every time his Plasma Light session starts, he chooses to curl up right beside it and falls asleep.

Does it mean something?

I honestly don't know.

That's why I'm observing rather than assuming.

Perhaps you'll enjoy following the journey with us.

Because sometimes asking questions is how we learn something new.

Hey folks, Next Sound Bath is happening this Wednesday the 22nd July, at the Quiet Rooms Kircubbin.

lovely intimate setting with only 6 spaces available.. If you are in need of relaxation, stress release and a system reset, this is a great way to give yourself permission to switch off for an hr.
£20 per person, booking only, please pm if interested as I am having some trouble with the scheduling site. It appears to be down at the moment on their end.

Imagine this...

You're lying back, eyes closed. Your last glimpse is the colours dancing across the ceiling... Then... Nothing.

No phone.

No emails.

No one asking you for anything.

Just an hour to completely switch off while you're immersed in the sounds around you.

It's one of the few times where doing absolutely nothing, is exactly what you're supposed to do. 😄

My next Sound Bath takes place on Wednesday 22nd July at 7pm.

A small, intimate group with just 6 spaces, here in The Quiet Rooms, Kircubbin.

One of the nicest things someone ever said to me wasn't...

"That was amazing."

It was...

"You made me feel completely at ease."

To be honest, that's what I hope people leave with.

Not feeling like they've just been through another appointment...

Just feeling like they've had an hour where they could simply be themselves.
