I didn’t place but I progressed and that must be my focus. Thank you all so much for your support. I met some amazing ladies backstage with truly inspiring stories.
And the winner definitely deserved her place absolutely stunning🙏🏽

I thought I’d never be able to train again after a major cancer scare in 2025 turned out to be prolonged exposure to carbon monoxide. I’m lucky to be alive let alone compete. Thank you

The Women's Wellness Event Schedule is Here!✨

We’ve got an amazing day planned on Sunday 20th September with something for everyone to enjoy for FREE.

From sound baths & meditation to reformer, high-energy Zumba and an off-site run 🏃‍♀️, there are plenty of ways to move, relax and reset on the day.

We’ll also have talks running throughout the day, including:

🌸 Menopause & Body Building with Mary
🤰 Pre & Post Natal with Livewell
💜 Violence Against Women with Derbyshire Police

You can sign up for classes at the registration desk on the day.

Not interested in doing a class? No problem! There’s still plenty to enjoy, with wellness stalls and healthy food to try. 🍴

And as if there wasn’t already enough to do… We’ll also have cycling taster sessions running from 13:00–16:00, giving you the chance to get on a bike and try something new.
