📢 A Reminder About Missed Appointments

Since January the surgery has had 379 missed appointments, resulting in 148.5 hours of wasted clinical time.

These missed appointments have a significant impact on our team and on other patients who are waiting for care. Every unused appointment slot could have been offered to someone in pain or needing urgent treatment.

We kindly ask all patients to:
✔️ Attend scheduled appointments
✔️ Give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange
✔️ Help us make the best use of available appointments for everyone
