Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

Summer can sometimes feel like a time when routines go out of the window ☀️❤️. Between holidays, meals out, BBQs and busy weekends, it can feel harder to stay focused.

A few things that really help me are:

Planning ahead where I can
Keeping easy meal ideas available
Avoiding skipping meals
Enjoying occasions without guilt
Remembering that one meal never ruins progress if you stay on track

Healthy habits aren't about being perfect, they're about finding something that works in real life 🙌.

Today is Cycle to Work Day 🚲❤️! Getting more active doesn't have to mean spending hours in the gym or suddenly becoming a marathon runner 🙌. Small changes really do make a difference, whether that's cycling to work, walking more, parking further away or finding activities you actually enjoy ❤️.
