Fantastic news 🎉 Well done to Sam and everyone across the country who has campaigned to change the rules so from April people with a disability can use their bus passes 24 hours a day 👏👏👏

The change, which has been welcomed by campaign groups, will come into effect in England from April.

If you provide unpaid care for a family member, friend or neighbour, we want to hear from you!

Worcestershire's All-Age Carers Strategy is being refreshed, and unpaid carers are being invited to share their experiences to help shape future support, services and priorities across the county.

Carers are at the heart of our communities, and whether you're supporting a parent, partner, child, friend or neighbour, your feedback can make a real difference.

Unpaid carers do so much for the people they care about, often balancing caring responsibilities with work, education and family life. We know caring can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also bring challenges.

That’s why we want to understand what is working well, the challenges carers face, and what support would make the biggest difference in the future.

At our Management Committee meeting in June, we were visited by Barbara Pugh. She recently held an event celebrating learning disability and raised money for SpeakEasy N.O.W. She came along to our meeting to present our Management Committee with a cheque. Thank you so much to Barbara for raising awareness of the work that we do and for the generous donation.
