How long does a session last❔️
⏰ A typical treatment lasts around 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to relax and unwind.
You can add on extra time or an extra foot massage to warm the feet up first.
Do I need to remove all my clothes❔️
🧦 Not at all! Reflexology focuses on the feet, so you remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout your session.
Will I feel sleepy afterwards❔️
