Saturdays reflections 🖤 Nature as medicine 🌎
For me, nature is everything. It is more than getting lost in beautiful places or admiring breathtaking views. Nature is my home, my church, my nurture, my friend, my family, and the place where my soul feels most at peace.
I grew up in a quiet place surrounded by trees, and that love for nature and wild spaces has stayed with me throughout my life.
Whenever life becomes challenging, I return to the hills, the forests, and the places where the noise of the world fades away. There is something deeply comforting about the stillness of the present moment, held by the soothing sounds of nature. It is there that I can breathe a little deeper and simply be.
Nature grounds me in this world. As someone who carries a lot of fire and air energy, it can be easy to become lost in my own thoughts and inner world. Nature gently brings me back to myself. She heals my soul, offers perspective, and reminds me of the importance of staying present.
So, I would love to ask you this:
What is one thing that brings you joy, especially during life's more challenging seasons? 🖤🌿
I would love to hear your story 😊
Happy Summer Solstice from my heart to yours ☀️ ☀️ ☀️
