I have been practicing natural medicine for many years now and enjoy every minute of my work.
As many of you know, I do not over price myself because everyone deserves time to relax, rebalance, restore and to feel good, not only in health but about yourselves too.
I offer a variety of therapies and treatments, which I have studied over the years.
My main reason for setting up my own little clinic from a room at the rear of my home, is because I was ill and nothing seemed to help, until I tried natural therapies. This in turn changed my life. But, the therapies I had were expensive and, yes I worked but nevertheless, I wasn't a fan of spending a lot of money getting well (the reason I try to keep my prices low) Admittedly, sometimes I charge full price but always try to offer specials so they are easily affordable to everyone.

Our garden guided meditations are starting again soon. We have two confirmed attendees and a couple pending, but need at least 5 people to go ahead. Our first one will be focusing on anxiety and stress release. If you're unsure, but interested in attending we're offering your first session at just £3 trial. Having worked in mental health for a number of years, I understand the trials and trauma people can go through in their lives.
But did you know that some mental health issues can be caused through past life trauma? Here a Dudley Hypnotherapy counselling and wellbeing we offer mental health support in a variety of ways. We also offer past life regression. Not only can this therapy help but it can help you to see deeper the cause of your problems.

Past life regression can also be used to see if you existed in another life and if so, who were you. This is a very interesting therapy, if you're curious to know if you did exist in another life. It can also be useful for certain trauma you may struggle with today.

These sessions last approximately 1 hour, sometimes longer depending on the situation
