Honouring Yourself & Listening to Your Body

Life gives us so many lessons… and we always have a choice:
Do we fight against them, or honour them for our healing and growth?

Recently, I’ve had four big reminders of what self-honouring really looks like:

1️⃣ Cancelling an event when the energies were intense and my body said no more.

2️⃣ Cancelling plans with a friend because I needed space to process and she actually loved me more for honouring myself.

3️⃣ Saying no to Alton Towers even when my partner really wanted to go, because my body wasn’t aligned.

4️⃣ Cancelling a class I organised because the venue dynamics felt off and I didn’t want to force what didn't feel cogruent.

These moments showed me how far I’ve come.
The old me would have pushed through every single one of them.

But this version of me listens.
This version of me honours.
This version of me chooses alignment over expectation.

Honouring yourself isn’t selfish — it’s sacred.
And when you choose you, you grow. 💛

Stepping Into Alignment..

There have been times in my own life where I’ve felt completely lost unsure which way to turn, unable to see through the noise or the chaos in my mind. Times when anxiety, sadness, or uncertainty made it hard to trust what was next, or even to feel connected to myself at all.

It’s in those moments that I learned how powerful it can be to pause, breathe, and allow guidance from something greater from Spirit, the Creator, and the energy that flows through all of us.

That’s why I do this work.
Because I understand what it feels like when the path ahead isn’t clear.
And I know how transformative it can be to receive messages and healing that bring clarity, peace, and realignment back into your life.

Energetic Beauty & Breaking Free from Self-Judgment

For most of my life, I was caught in a constant loop of self-judgment.
No matter what I did how much I trained, what I ate, how my body changed it never felt enough.
There was always another flaw to fix, another goal to chase.
It was addictive that little voice in my head saying, “Once you look like this, you’ll finally be happy.”
But that happiness never came, because it was built on conditions and comparison.

Lately, I’ve been having a very different experience.
I’ve been going to the gym, moving my body, trying to reconnect with strength and consistency and then something shifted.
My body started to get bigger and bloated, even my backside was hurting so I had to listen.
It told me: “This isn’t working anymore.”

I could feel that the way I was pushing myself came from ego following my partner and not from love or what was true for me.
So I stopped.

At first, that was terrifying. The old fear rose up.
What if I lose progress? What if I fall behind?

But when I actually listened to my body, something deeper opened up.
It started to show me a different possibility of moving joyfully, eating, resting, being that felt aligned, nurturing, and free.

This is what Energetic Beauty is about.
It’s not about achieving a certain look it’s about releasing the constant self-judgment and letting your body lead.
It’s about trusting that your beauty is not in your symmetry or size it’s in your energy, your feel good, your truth.

When you drop the need to fix yourself, you create space to feel yourself.
And that’s when the beauty of you begins to shine.
