NEW WORKSHOP - The Home Herbalist: Understanding Herbal Actions

When: 12 June 2026, 10:00 to 12:00
Dulverton Town Hall, Dulverton
£40 per person (includes workshop attendance, course notes & a personalised take-home blend)

Have you ever wondered… “How do I know which herb to use?” Rather than needing to learn lots of individual herbs, we’ll explore a simpler approach; understanding herbal actions (such as calming, soothing or supporting digestion)

During the session, we will cover,
• What herbal actions are and why they matter
• How to think about what kind of support might be needed
• How a small number of herbs can be used in different ways

As with all my workshops, there is a practical element where we will,
• Exploring a small selection of herbs
• Create a personalised herbal blend to take home

This is a relaxed, friendly session with no prior knowledge needed; perfect if you’re curious about herbs and how to use them in everyday life.

Small group session — only 5 places remaining

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to the Lynton Food Festival on Saturday 14th March and supported small, local businesses.

It truly means so much, not just to me, but to all the independent makers, growers, and producers who put so much care into what they do. Every purchase, every conversation, and every moment of interest helps keep these small businesses going.

It was such a lovely day meeting so many of you, sharing herbal teas, and talking about how we can bring simple, natural remedies into everyday life.

I’ll next be at the Dulverton Easter Craft Fair on Saturday 4th April at Dulverton Town Hall

Thank you again and I hope you’re enjoying your teas at home!

SOLD OUT FOR 2025 — thank you!
This winter has been incredibly busy and I’m now completely sold out of teas for the season. I’m so grateful for all your support.

If you still hope to pick up a blend or two, the wonderful Exmoor Deli in Dulverton continues to stock a selection of my teas.

I’ll be restocking over the winter and returning in 2026 with fresh batches and a new programme of herbal medicine workshops here in Exmoor — more details coming soon.

Thank you again for supporting a small, local herbal business.
