Hey there! 👋 I thought it was about time I updated you all regarding the absence of my Reiki circles... it's been a while! 😆

I've been taking some time to think about whether or not to restart them.

I still feel really drawn to group work and to gathering people together. But in a different way.
I want to create a space where we can feel that sense of belonging, surrounded by like-minded souls. A little bit like finding your tribe. 💫

So I've been taking my time, asking for guidance on what I can offer, something that aligns with my soul and yours.

The Reiki circles were very popular, and they were naturally evolving into something a little more.
So I've realised it's time to build on that and create something new.
A space to reconnect. To feel empowered. To explore the things that interest us, share our experiences and learn from one another.

I've struggled to name it because I don't really want to put a label on it.

It's not a reiki circle or women's circle, and it's not a workshop. It's somewhere in between...

Somewhere we can gather without judgement or hierarchy. A space where you can simply be yourself, share your thoughts and spiritual beliefs freely, and feel heard and respected.
I'll be there to hold space, support and guide, while sharing the things that have helped me on my own journey.

My plan is for us to explore things like:
✨ Chakras & energy
✨ Crystals & pendulums
✨ Oracle cards
✨ Meditation & Reiki
✨ Journalling & affirmations
✨ Simple reflexology techniques on the face & feet, with or without crystals
✨ And plenty of opportunity for chatting, sharing and exploring whatever else comes up

Each gathering will be about connection, relaxation, discussion and participation.
Hopefully leaving you with something to take away and use on your own journey. 💫
Most importantly, I want this to become something you genuinely look forward to. A place where you feel comfortable, accepted and supported.
There is something incredibly powerful about coming together with people who understand you. ☺️

Hey there 🤗

I have been deliberately quiet on here recently. Because I do like to prioritise my wee family especially in the summer holidays.

And find time for myself amongst it all 🥴 it's a continuous balancing act isn't it?

However, I have been finding time to slowly work away on my own self development as well as learning new skills to use with my lovely clients.

I joined Soul Awakening Academy at the beginning of 2025 and I have completed some of their courses already.💫

The course I am currently studying is a really special one ✨️ 😃

Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™️

Some of my clients have already heard me mention it. I am pretty excited about it 😁

I feel this could be the type of healing treatment that is a perfect fit for The Soul Sanctuary. It's what I feel has been missing from sessions. Sometimes I feel like clients are stuck and no matter what we do they still feel something is stopping them from moving forward life.

Working with tarot, a pendulum, and quantum energy. ✨️
This is a specific type of energy treatment that has the ability to discover what is holding you back and help you clear it! 😃

I am currently still practicing the techniques at the moment prior to doing a case study.

However, I promise I will share more information about this transformational treatment soon 😘

Who else loves a little bit of magic??

Do you look for the signs?

Feel the little nudges from the Universe/Angels/Your spirit guides? ✨️

I do believe they're all around you if you choose to believe and look for them.

Today has a been a wonderful day filled with little moments of confirmation and reassurance.

The Angels have been very prevalent in my sessions today. 💖

I was guided to start the day with an Angelic Reiki session for a new client.

It was a lovely session and that highlighted the clients current life situation.
The angels will always do whatever is needed to support you for your highest good. They may bring your awareness to something that needs healed, bring clarity and guidance or simply reassurance and comfort.

The Angel energy definitely continued for the rest of the day with more clients, whether they received angelic reiki or not 😆 the angel oracle cards where literally jumping out at people today 😂giving them the message they needed to support them.

Even as I type this sitting in my garden I have noticed some 'angel wings' in the sky??! Just reminding me they are still here. 😇

It still makes me smile & chuckle to think I work with Angels 🤭😇

I never would have believed it a few years ago if I was told this would be my job!!

It was lovely to be back at work today 😃
So much cooler than being in my house, that's for sure 🥴

I managed to go for a walk around the gardens at lunchtime and came across this colourful stone snake 🐍. Created by fellow Crichton tenants Better Lives Partnership Dumfries

It made me smile and reminded me of when my kids used to do this.

So if anyone is looking to fill some time with their little ones or big ones, get creative and go for a lovely walk too.
