Just Breathe O2 C.I.C has been created in order to offer accessible oxygen therapy to a wide range of individuals across the South of Scotland and beyond. Oxygen therapy provides people with the opportunity to self-manage the many symptoms associated with long term and complex health concerns. Just Breathe O2 commits to support everyone within the community, actively assisting to combat social iso

lation and encouraging individuals to access the treatment and support on offer. Just Breathe O2 will aspire to become a role model for innovative therapy and research into oxygen therapy treatment, and how such treatment and support can best be delivered. The health and well-being outcomes achieved by Just Breathe O2 will be based on the aspiration to make a significant contribution to the delivery of the Government Healthcare agenda in the region and act as an inspiration to other areas of what is possible. Oxygen therapy is an extremely safe therapy which helps a wide range of different health concerns, including, but by no means limited to; Cerebral Palsy, Parkinsons, COPD, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Crohns & Colitis, ME, Long covid, cancer, post radiotherapy trauma, wound recovery, MS, post viral fatigue and many many more.

We’ve been watching Mum work all week, and we've noticed something funny about humans: you guys spend your entire day rushing, overthinking, and completely forgetting to just breathe.

How does it actually work?

Under atmospheric pressure, oxygen dissolves directly into your blood plasma and body fluids (not just your red blood cells). This delivers extra oxygen deep into tissues, organs, and your brain to clear fog, lower inflammation, and boost recovery.

Does it hurt your ears?

Not generally! Unless there is underlying inflammation, such as a cold, sinus infection, ear infection. As the chamber pressurises, it feels just like landing in an airplane. You simply swallow, yawn, or sip water to pop your ears, and once at pressure that's it.

What do I do for 60 minutes?

We are officially floating on cloud nine after such an incredible turnout for our Heathhall Open Day! Seeing our new sanctuary filled with so many fantastic faces was everything we dreamed of when planning this move.

You guys loved dropping in after work and on your lunch breaks so much that it gave us a brilliant idea... 💡

Safe to say yesterday’s Open Day completely wiped us out. Mack has spent the entire morning wandering around the space wondering where all our visitors vanished to, while Ouzo can barely keep his eyes open after receiving a world-record number of ear scratches, belly rubs, and sneaky treats! 😴❤️

A HUGE wag of the tail to everyone who came to see us at Heathhall yesterday. You made our Open Day so special, and we loved meeting every single one of you.

We are taking a well-earned nap today to recharge our paws, but the booking diary is officially open!
