Relax Kids classes use research-based techniques to help children recognise their strengths and manage their emotional journey through life.

These techniques provide a toolbox of skills which can be transferred into later life.

Relax Kids is a pioneering 7-step Award-winning* whole-brain holistic approach, using fun and creative techniques to help children feel happier and healthier.

Sessions support children’s mental and emotional well-being and give them tools to manage stress and be more resilient, calm and confident.

Children go on a different adventure each week. They find our classes fun, lively, creative and most importantly – relaxing.

Each week children will receive a downloadable activity hand out to print out.
