Pelvic health assessment shouldn’t begin with a machine, an exercise programme or an internal examination.
It begins with listening 🤍
Listening to what you’ve been experiencing, how it’s affecting you and what you want to be able to do again.
From there, we build the picture together.
That might involve looking at movement, breathing and strength. It may include an internal examination where appropriate. And now, it can also include real-time ultrasound.
Ultrasound can be especially helpful if you’ve spent months or years wondering whether you’re doing your pelvic floor exercises correctly, if previous approaches haven’t quite worked for you or if you’re uncomfortable with an internal examination.
There isn’t one standard treatment that every woman needs.
My job is to help work out what **your** body needs.
