Well, well, well… ✨

What an absolutely incredible day at The Wellbeing Circle CIC Summer Lochside Retreat 🩷

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of providing a pendulum workshop and 1-1 crystal therapies outside, all while surrounded by the breathtaking views of Loch Ard and the beautiful Scottish hills & mountains in the summer sunshine. 🏔️☀️

Yesterday was quite simply the definition of "living the dream". 🥹✨ What a joy and a blessing to be invited to such a special event and to meet such a lovely group of people.

Here are a few little snippets from my treatments… and can anyone spot the wee robin who spent the day with me? 🐦❤️

They sat nearby, watching intently as I worked with each of my clients and their beautiful energies. I honestly believe their little visit was a sign - a gentle reminder from a loved one that I "can" do this, that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be, and to keep following this path. ✨

Labradorite is such a magical stone, often associated with protection, transformation, intuition and spiritual awareness. A gorgeous crystal to have close when you’re embracing change and connecting with your inner self. 🌙✨

I couldn’t resist adding this wee beauty to the client kit collection!

What a beautiful morning doing what I love. ❤️✨

I’m feeling so blessed to be spending the day in this gorgeous space I rent from The Wellbeing Circle CIC

I started the morning with a really special ‘I Love Me’ Heart Chakra session with a returning client, and I’m now looking forward to welcoming some new faces and some familiar ones too. 🥰

This afternoon, we have a lovely therapist meet, share & connect session - another opportunity to learn, support and grow together.

Feeling incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing, supportive community. 💕✨

Sometimes you just have to pause and think… how lucky am I to do what I love? 🌸

You might remember me telling you about finding a little crystal /jewellery shop in Corfu it's called .handmade.jewellery.corfu

While searching for something special to add to my collection, I had my eye on this beautiful wee piece, but in the end I decided to go for a piece of Labradorite instead - which I’ll share with you soon.

What I didn’t know was that my lovely mother-in-law had bought this little beauty for me to add to my healing kit. 🥹🤍

It’s a Desert Rose from Mexico 🌹✨

Desert Rose is a naturally formed gypsum crystal that grows in dry, sandy environments, creating these beautiful flower-like formations. It’s often associated with clarity, grounding, protection, transformation and letting go of old or stagnant energy.

For me, it feels especially fitting to have one in my collection. I love the symbolism of a flower growing in such harsh, dry surroundings - a little reminder that beauty can come from difficult places, and that we can continue to grow and transform through every season of life.

I’ll be honest, it’s the thought behind this one that makes it extra special. Knowing my mother-in-law had noticed that I liked it and secretly chose it for me makes it something I’ll treasure. 🤍

Another beautiful little addition to my healing kit… and one chosen with love.
